The Legacy is a publication of The Highlander and The Crossroads Chronicle in Cashiers, NC. Their August issue featured my photographs on the cover and in a double page spread. Dick Howard, our golf pro was instrumental in getting us in this publication. This is Hole No. 1 Par 4. The back tee measures 445 yards, and the elevation change is over 150 feet from the tee to the fairway below.

Bear Lake Golf Course was featured in this article of the Best 18 courses in the area. This is one of my photographs of the Number One Hole taken in July 2008.

Published in the Wall Street Journal

This photo was used in the Wall Street Journal on May 8, 2009.

Christina Lewis' weekly "Relative Values" column compares three homes for sale at similar price ranges in different cities selected according to a theme. This week's theme is "cabins" on great hiking terrain. In addition to appearing in the print edition of the paper, the story also appeared online at: http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124174626121699367.html#articleTabs%3Darticle

I did not get very much notice and had to shoot this on a rainy day. I could not get the nice sky like I would have preferred, but they used it just the same.
